How to Schedule Your Hotel Laundry Pick-Up

Getting your laundry done is quick and easy—just follow these two simple steps:

1. Click the “Get Started” button
Fill out the short order form with your name, room number, and laundry details. Payment must be submitted at this time—laundry will not be scheduled for pick-up until payment is received.

2. Place your garments in the provided laundry bag
You’ll find a laundry bag in your hotel room closet. Write your last name and room number on the bag, then bring it to the Guest Services desk.
If a bag is not available in your room, simply call the front desk and one will be provided.

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a text message when your clean laundry is on its way back to you.

Laundry is picked up by 1pm and is processed and returned within 24 hours. You will receive a text message to inform you when your laundry will be delivered.
